Description

Shred-a-Muk | May 22–24, 2026
Tannehill Historic Ironworks State Park

Join Catalyst Sports, Lakeshore, and BUMP for a weekend of dirt, determination, and community at Shred-a-Muk — an adaptive mountain biking gathering designed to build skills, confidence, and connection.

Whether it’s your first time on an adaptive mountain bike or you’re ready to push into more technical terrain, this weekend is for you. Tannehill has 20+ miles of adaptive optimized mountain bike trails.  We’ll offer beginner skill sessions, supportive intro group rides, and intermediate/advanced rides for those looking to challenge themselves — all led by experienced volunteers who believe adventure should be accessible to everyone.

More than just miles on trail, Shred-a-Muk is about community. It’s about cheering each other on, celebrating progress (big and small), and sharing stories around camp after a day of riding.

Free camping is available, with RV hookups on site, so you can stay close to the action and the community all weekend long.

Come ready to learn.
Come ready to ride.
Come ready to belong.

Adventure changes lives — and we can’t wait to shred with you.
