Description

🚴‍♂️ Catalyst Sports Adaptive Cycling Team Training Program! 🚴‍♀️

Join the Catalyst Sports Adaptive Cycling Team and train alongside other adaptive athletes in a supportive, goal-oriented environment.

This program is designed for individuals with physical disabilities who want to improve their fitness, build endurance, gain confidence, and work toward participating in community races and future paracycling events.

The Team Training Program includes:

  • Access to coaching and mentorship

  • A training plan tailored to your goals

  • Weekly team training rides

  • Support from fellow adaptive athletes

  • Race entry fees for team-selected events

Participants may borrow an adaptive bike for the entire season (June–September) for a one-time fee of $10. If you do not own an adaptive bike, Catalyst Sports will provide one for you to use throughout the program.

Training Schedule:

Wednesdays | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Intervals & Sprint Training
Build speed, improve power, and push your limits.

Saturdays | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Endurance Rides
Build endurance, ride together, and prepare for race day.

All rides begin at the Catalyst Sports Bike Barn on the Silver Comet Trail.

Program Goals:

  • Build a supportive and competitive adaptive cycling team

  • Train with purpose and consistency

  • Participate in local 5Ks and community events

  • Prepare athletes for future paracycling competitions

This team is built on commitment, accountability, and teamwork. Participants are expected to attend training regularly and support one another as we work toward our goals together.

Not sure if you're ready? Join us for a Team Preview Ride on June 24 from 6:00 PM–8:00 PM and see what the program is all about.

If transportation, bike storage, or equipment access is a concern, please let us know. We are committed to helping athletes overcome barriers and get out riding.
