GSMNP Hike September 7- Participant Registration

Registration for participants of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park adaptive hike on September 7, 2024. The hike begins at the Bradley Fork Trailhead, located at the back of the Smokemont Campground.  

Please indicate whether or not you would like to reserve a GRIT Freedom Chair under ticket types when registering. 

In order to maintain safety and provide a positive experience for all participants, we require hikers to meet the following Essential Eligibility Criteria:

• Breathe independently (i.e., not require medical devices to sustain breathing)
• Independently hold head upright without neck / head support
• Manage personal care independently or with assistance of a companion
• Manage personal mobility independently or with a reasonable amount of assistance
• Follow instructions and effectively communicate independently or with assistance of a companion
