Adaptive Cycling Team Training Ride - Athlete

The Team Training Program is designed to train and prepare adaptive cyclists to participate in a community race.

The Team Training group will have access to group rides monthly at Big Creek Park in Roswell and Silver Comet Trail in Mableton. The team will participate in two races, the CHOA Strong4Life Superhero Sprint and the Sandy Springs Blue Stone 5K-9.

Included in the Team Training Program is access to coaching, a training plan tailored to your goals, and the opportunity to join regular practice rides. The entry fee for the race is also included. 

This program is $10 to borrow a bike for the season (March - September) and available to anyone with a physical disability.  If you do not have your own adaptive bike we have a bike available for you to borrow for the duration of the program.

In addition, we want to address any further barriers to adaptive cyclists getting out and riding, such as transporting or storing your bike, so please contact desiree@catalystsports.org with any questions you might have.
