Greater DC - Outdoor Climb - Athlete

This OUTDOOR adaptive climb is open to athletes who have attended a Catalyst climbing event in the past year. We are partnering with SportRock certified climbing guides to provide an outdoor climbing experience for our athletes! You may sign up for the morning or afternoon session, and all necessary equipment (climbing helmet, harness, shoes) will be provided. 

Please note: While we strive to make our events as accessible as possible, this outdoor event poses challenging and rugged terrain. The trail to the climbing area is NOT wheelchair accessible and involves a short but rugged hike downhill with roots and rocks. (This means hiking uphill at the end of the day.) We will also NOT be able to set up the seated harness, due to the nature of the cliffs in this area.
