Volunteer registration for the outdoor adaptive climb at Carderock.
Description
This OUTDOOR adaptive climb is open to volunteers who have attended more than one Catalyst climbing event in the past year. We are partnering with SportRock certified climbing guides to provide an outdoor climbing experience for our athletes! Volunteers are required to be belay certified to attend this trip.
*Please note- volunteers may be able to climb outside depending on timing, however the focus of this event is the participants' experience. Volunteer roles will include belaying, side climbing, mobility assistance, and general assistance both on the approach trail and at the crag. Volunteers must be able to hike to/from the crag multiple times throughout the day.
